Cynthia Cash is a veteran in the credit and mortgage businesses with 20+ years of experience. Starting Credit Consulting Services in 1999, she has helped countless of individuals and families restore their credit, purchase homes, and secure a better financial future. On a mission to educate and improve lives, Cynthia stepped out alongside her professional associates and friends to bring economic and financial literacy to members of her community and beyond through The Urban Upward Mobility Initiative.
Garmer Currie

Garmer Currie graduated from Central High School (1989) and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Grambling State University (1993). Here is where he became a member of Omega Psi Phi, (Gamma Gamma Chapter Spring 91). Garmer began his real estate career with Transcontinental Title Company in 1995 after serving in the Memphis City School system as an educator.
In 2002, he joined Orange Law Firm as Operations Manager where he was the leader of a staff that conducted over 140 real estate transactions per month. His experience has been in the areas of probate, estate matters, and real estate title. Mr. Lewis Hurd Jr was born in Memphis, TN in 1977. He graduated from Trezevant High School in 1995. He later graduated from Lemoyne Owen where he received a degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to receive his MBA and Master of ED from Bethel University. His degrees have led him to an area of entrepreneurship. Kenneth J Herron worked directly with tax preparation and tax law as a tax
examiner and manager with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for over 20
years and is the owner of Herron & Associates Tax Services, LLC located in Memphis, TN since 2004. Kenneth’s career with the IRS consisted of assignments as; File Clerk, Tax Examiner, Manager, and Analyst.
